BECOME A VENDOR
Our market proudly features ONLY locally made, baked, raised, or grown products. We are a proud BC Association of Farmer's Markets (BCAFM) market and use their guidelines to select vendors for our market.
Our food-focused market supports backyard growers, local farms, food producers, and those who engage in environmentally sound, sustainable farming practices.
Grow your business and become a vendor at our market!

NEW FOR 2026
As we transition to a better experience for vendors and shoppers we are implementing some changes.

NOTE: Guidelines are subject to change
Vendor Guidelines 2026
INSURANCE REQUIREMENT - All vendors at our market will now be required to carry third party liability insurance with Cranbrook Farmers Market and City of Cranbrook as named insured.
Please see Vendor Guidelines 2026 document for all the details.
MARKET TOKENS - We will be discontinuing our Market token program and strongly encourage vendors to consider setting up Square, Clover, or other point of sale facility. We will be working to inform the public of the change so that they come prepared with cash and that many vendors do accept electronic payment. Many vendors accept etransfers as well.
CHILDREN'S FEST & ED FEST - As these wonderful events are presented by Key City Theatre, they will be handling vendors who choose to participate with them.
If you wish to vend during regular Cranbrook Farmers Market times 10-1 on 1oth, then be sure to select the dates on our vendor registration form.
